Anyone able to help me out with what these are roughly worth?

Icy Half Moon of Fortitude
15-28 Cold Damage (req 8 )
Damage +15% (while Health < 50%)
Health +29

Poisoner's Wingblade Sword of Fortitude
15-22 Damage (req 12)
Damage +11% (all the time)
Armor -10 (while attacking)
Lengthens Poison duration on foe
Health +23

On another forum I visit I have had the bow quoted at 40-50k because of the health mod, I have gotten an offer here of 90k however the guy is never online and I haven't heard anything in a while now. Since then I've tried to resell it here and the max offer I have gotten is 5k. As for the sword, I have been told somewhere around the 15-20k mark, yet have not gotten a single offer on it anywhere.

So am I way of with these prices or do I just need to be more patient with my trading?

I'd probably sell that Half Moon for 90k now if I were you.

90k? it is dmg+15% BELOW 50% HP, not ABOVE.

Yeah I thought the 90k was a bit high, and not hearing back leads me to believe that he had no intention of buying. So any idea what it's really worth?

You can chance to salv the +29 hp grip and try to sell it for 50k or try to sell the bow for 25-35k.
